Dr. Kimball has been providing mental coaching sessions for nearly 25 years to high performers in sport (youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic level) as well as outside of sport (Business, Sales, Medicine).
I currently work as the Mental Performance Coach for a Division 3 athletics department in the Boston area, serve as the Program Director for the Masters of Science in Sport Psychology and Ph.D. Program in Sport and Performance Psychology at National University, and teach as an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Department at Northeastern University in Boston.
I have been certified with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), a member of the United States Olympic Sport Psychology Registry, and am currently an experienced practitioner non-certified mentor for AASP. Additionally, I have a passion for running and have completed 8 marathons, coached Charity Teams for the Boston Marathon, and authored the book, Grateful Running: Mental Training for the Long Distance Runner.
